Cancellation Policy

Once a course or test series is purchased, it cannot be cancelled. The access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification.

• Digital products are non-cancellable after purchase.
• Course access remains valid as per the plan duration purchased.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly configured.

General Refund Rule

We offer digital products (courses, videos, and PDFs) that are accessible immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.

However, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice using the same account.
• Technical Issues: If a major technical glitch from our side prevents you from accessing content even after support assistance.
• Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without your knowledge or consent — please report immediately.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 24 hours of the purchase.

• Include your registered email, payment details, and reason for the request.
• Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and will be credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Net Banking, Card, etc.).

• UPI/Net Banking refunds: 3–5 working days
• Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5–7 working days
• Wallet payments: 2–3 working days
